Activity Goal
The goal of this CME activity is to examine current and emerging strategies for treating and managing patients with ovarian cancer.

Target Audience
This CME activity is designed for medical oncology clinicians, gynecologists, primary care physicians and other clinicians who interact with and/or treat women with ovarian cancer.

Learning Objectives

Distinguish between platinum-refractory, platinum-resistant, and platinum-sensitive disease in order to select therapeutic regimens most likely to produce response and progression-free survival in women with recurrent ovarian cancer. |
| |
Evaluate the role of therapeutic regimens—including standard chemotherapy and targeted agents—in improving quality of life and prolonging survival in women with recurrent ovarian cancer. |
